3. VERIFICATION PROCESS

We will verify your identity by requesting:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Other identifying information

We will respond within 5 business days.

4. DATA DELETION PROCESS

We will respond within 5 business days.

Step 1 (5 days): Confirmation that we received your request
Step 2 (10 days): We locate all your data
Step 3 (30 days): We delete your data from all systems
Step 4 (45 days): We confirm deletion is complete

Total timeframe: Up to 45 calendar days

5. EXCEPTIONS

We may not delete data if:

Required by law
Needed for tax/accounting
Necessary for legal compliance
You have an active service contract
Needed to prevent fraud

We will notify you if deletion isn't possible.
